These sable biscuits follow a century-old tradition of handcrafted treats with the rich flavours of Normandy. Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye values taste and authenticity, using quality ingredients, including the renowned Isigny PDO butter and environmentally friendly cocoa. 

Each pack contains four sachets, with five biscuits made from Isigny PDO butter and generously topped with 25% dark chocolate.

Ingredients – WHEAT flour, dark chocolate 25% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (sunflower), natural vanilla flavour), sugar, Isigny PDO BUTTER 16.5%, whole MILK, EGG yolks, sea salt, raising agent: ammonium carbonates, skimmed MILK, whole EGGS. May contain traces of nuts, soya, and sesame.
