Product information

Delight in the taste of the South of France with this saucisson selection. It contains one each of the following saucissons:

  • Fig 160g
  • Garlic 200g
  • Herbes de Provence 160g
  • Piment d’Espelette 160g
  • Sundried Tomato and Olive 200g

These traditional cured sausages are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Slice thinly and eat them just as they are or use them as part of your next picnic or dinner party. Once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.

Fig saucisson 160g
Ingredients: 85% pork, 15% pork fat, 10% fig, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferments.

Garlic saucisson 200g
Ingredients: 85% pork, 15% pork fat, 3% garlic, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferment.
Nutritional values per 100g – 1745 kJ (421 Kcal), protein 28g, carbohydrates 1.1g including trace sugars, fat 34g of which saturated 13g, salt 4.6g.

Herbes de Provence saucisson 160g
Ingredients: 85% pork, 15% pork fat, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, herbes de Provence.

Piment d’Espelette saucisson 160g
Ingredients: 85% pork, 15% pork fat, 0.5% piment d’Espelette, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferments.

Sundried Tomato and Olive saucisson 200g
Ingredients: 85% pork, 15% pork fat, 9% green olives, 2% sundried tomatoes, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferment.
Nutritional values per 100g – 1553 kJ (375 Kcal), protein 25g, carbohydrates 1g including trace sugars, fat 32g of which saturated 12g, salt 4.3g.
