Agour Ardi Gasna is a pasteurised sliced sheep’s cheese from the Basque Country. This Gold medallist French cheese at the 2021 World Cheese Contest has a supple, melting texture, making it a good choice for sandwiches and burgers. It has a subtle, buttery aroma and tender flavour that pairs well with Basque black cherry jam, in a green salad, or with a selection of other cheeses from the Basque country. Each tray has approximately 8/9 slices of cheese.
